Refund and Returns Policy

At Zanes (under DM Studios), we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Clearance or final-sale items

 

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
